This Privacy Policy explains how Nishant Chand trading as Atlantis Recruitment Brisbane(ABN 11 229 061 178) ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information through the Atlantis Recruitment Brisbane client portal and our recruitment services. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. Information we collect

Account & business details: company/business name, ABN/ACN, business address, your name, title, work email and phone number.
Service information: roles, recruitment scope, talent requests, and related notes you provide.
Candidate information: details of candidates we source, screen or present for your roles (handled confidentially and only for recruitment purposes).
Payment information: your subscription and billing records. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe) — we do not store your full card number.
Technical data: log-in/session data, IP address (including when you electronically sign a contract), and basic usage information.

2. How we use your information

To provide recruitment support services and operate your account and dashboard;
To manage your subscription, billing and invoicing;
To communicate with you about your roles, candidates and account;
To prepare and store the agreements you sign with us; and
To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

3. Disclosure to third parties

We disclose personal information only as needed to provide our services, including to trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

Supabase — secure database, authentication and file storage;
Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing;
Resend — transactional and notification emails;
Vercel — application hosting.

We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Overseas storage

Some of our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.

5. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access — including access controls, row-level security and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe and retain it only for as long as needed.

6. Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will respond. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
